Hi, I’m Adelle — a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor (NCPT), founder of ScolioSis, and I’ve lived with scoliosis for 15+ years. I’m passionate about helping people with scoliosis embrace movement to feel at home in their bodies again. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have had scoliosis for years, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
